Refund & Transfer Policy

This policy applies to all payments made to Summit Farm Corp. d/b/a Summit Equestrian Club (together, the "Club").

All Sales Final. Every payment made to the Club, of any kind and for any reason, is non-refundable once paid. This includes, but is not limited to, camps, trail rides, evaluation lessons, horsemanship lessons, lesson packages, program or event fees, and any other service offered by the Club. This applies regardless of usage, attendance, early termination, or change in circumstances.

No Transfers. Camps, trail rides, evaluation lessons, horsemanship lessons, lesson packages, credits, and any other prepaid services are non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, gifted, or shared with any other person, horse, or entity. Unused balances or sessions do not carry over to another party.

Missed Services. Fees are not prorated or credited for missed camps, trail rides, lessons, or unused facility access, or for absences for any reason, including illness, injury, travel, weather, or horse unavailability.

Club-Initiated Changes. If the Club cancels a scheduled service, it may, at its sole discretion, offer a make-up session or account credit in lieu of a refund. Credits have no cash value.

Chargebacks. Disputing a valid charge with your bank or card issuer may result in suspension of your account and recovery of related fees.

Relationship to Other Agreements. In the event of a conflict between this policy and a written agreement, this policy controls.

Acknowledgment. Your payment confirms that you have read and agree to this policy.
